Tank List
ATK-PSI has several diaphragm tank size families. Each family contains diaphragm tanks utilizing the same diaphragm press dies and the same forging dies. Tanks within each family have different inlet and outlet tube configurations, different mounting configurations, or are acceptance tested to different levels and requirements.
By utilizing an existing tank design from a particular tank family or a close derivative of an existing tank, a spacecraft program can save considerable non-recurring costs for tooling, drawings, planning, NC tapes, and the many other hardware and software items required for the successful fabrication of a high quality spacecraft propellant tank.
In addition to these standard tank families, ATK-PSI offers several tanks that have been specifically designed for a particular size. Reference the tank data sheets for further information on all ATK-PSI diaphragm tanks.
