ATK supplies both monolithic titanium and composite overwrapped pressure vessels (COPV) for pressurant gases. A wide range of tanks are qualified for Xenon, Helium, Nitrogen, and other high pressure gas applications. ATK's pressurant tanks have been utilized on both satellites and launch vehicles, with some launch vehicles utilizing as many as 13 ATK Helium pressurant tanks. |

12.8" dia X 27.5" Long Xenon Tank, P/N 80412 This titanium-lined, graphite epoxy overwrapped tank stores 3,052 cu. in. (50 liters) of Xenon at a pressure of 2,176 psig (150 bar). The tank is supplied for the electric propulsion system on board the Mitsubishi ETS satellite.

13.2" dia X 29.6" Long Xenon Tank, P/N 80386 This titanium-lined, graphite epoxy overwrapped truncated cone pressure vessel stores 1,960 cu. in. (32 liters) of Xenon at a pressure of 2,500 psig (172 bar). The truncated cone shape is due to installation envelope constraints on the spacecraft. It is supplied for the HS-601 HP satellite XIPS System. |

16.6" dia X 26.1" Long Helium Tank, P/N 80436 This titanium-lined, graphite epoxy overwrapped pressure vessel stores 4,105 cu. in. (67 liters) of Helium at a pressure of 4,500 psig (310 bar). The tank is supplied to Lockheed Martin for several GEO satellites. |
